Rotary members have played an invaluable role in the effort to rid the African region of wild polio. We will continue to meet virtually as the world is continues to battle COVID 19. The good news is we may be closer to meeting in person again. For the month of September, we will continue to host our club meetings virtually via Zoom Enterprise Video Applications.  The meeting time will remain at 12pm on Wednesdays. Our next meeting is on September 2^nd followed by a visit from our District Governor, John Moser, on September 23^rd. We are continuing to do our best to make our meetings more interactive; therefore, if you have any suggestions feel free to email Tamika Washington your idea at tlwashin@washenterprise.com.

 

The Allen Rotary Club has a new service project for the month of September.  The Allen High School Interact Club and Allen Rotary Club will partner to donate gently used shoes to support Plano Douglas Community.  This is an opportunity to clean out your closet and donate the gently used  shoes.
